  • We are proud to offer a wide-range of group classes tailored to meet your unique fitness levels and needs. Classes range from mind and body to cardiovascular.  Our certified group fitness instructors are highly skilled individuals and vary each class week to week.

Our featured Cardio Classes in Room 2 upstairs are:

BODY CONDITIONING  - A full body strength and conditioning class. This class uses a variety of modalities; uour own body weight, fitness balls, hand weights, barbells, fitness bands, steps and bosu's to get a total body workout.  All fitness levels are welcome.

BOOT CAMP - A high intensity class that mixes cardiovascular drills, with calisthenics, core strengthening, balance and flexibility for a full body workout.

CYCLE  - An awesome cardiovascular workout that is great for toning muscles and excellent for burning fat.  This class will have you climbing hills, going through interval drills and sprinting to the end.  All fitness levels are welcome


SOUL CYCLE - A synergy of upper and lower body movements.  Gain incredible cardio vascular training, postural balance and core strengthening using arm and shoulders to the beat of heart pounding rhythms.  All fitness levels welcome.


STRENGTH PLUS - This one hour workout utilizes weights, balls, bands, and BOSU’s to strengthen your muscles in a balanced, safe and efficient class setting.  All fitness levels are welcome.

STRENGTH TRAINING BALL -

 This class utilizes the physio ball to increase core strength, improve balance, and coordination. It will enhance your neuromuscular control and flexibility. You will engage different muscles that are not usually used. No matter what your goal is, this class is for you. It promotes weight loss, strength gain and total body toning!  Come in and have fun with the ball. All fitness levels are welcome.

STRENTGTH TRAINING BALL
This class utilizes the physio ball to increase core strength, improve balance, and coordination. It will enhances the neuromuscular control and flexibility. You will engage different muscles that are not usually used.
No matter what your goal is, this class is for you. It guarantees weight loss, strength gain and total body toning!
Come and have fun with the ball.

 

Our featured Body and Mind Classes in Room 1 downstairs are:

YOGA - This class focuses on the basic fundamentals of Hatha Yoga.  You will perform traditional poses and exercises for strength, flexibility, breath awareness and stress relief.  All fitness levels are welcome. 1 hour 15 minutes.


GENTLE YOGA - This class puts an emphasis on gentle strength building, flexibility, and the use of the breath to relax and renew.  All fitness levels are welcome

VINYASA YOGA l - Stretching and strengthening your body through a flowing sequence af asanas.  The focus of this class is on integrating breath and movement, awareness and alignment, and strength and flexibility.  All fitness levels are welcome. 1 hour 15 minutes. 

VINYASA YOGA ll - A rigorous, challenging, fast paced yoga class.  This class is based on traditional yoga postures and will increase flexibility and strength with full body isometric training.  Average calorie burn during this class is 400kcals.  All fitness levels are welcome.1 hour 15 minutes.

FUNCTION IN MOTION:  This class emphasizes the Egoscue Method which restores and maintains the bodies’ full range of motion by using specific exercises that will strengthen muscles and promote well being. All fitness levels are welcome.

 
YIN YOGA - Deep stretches oin long holds to release tightness in muscle and connective tissue.  All levels welcome.
 
POWER YOGA - Start your day with the invigorating Vinyasa Flow class that links flowing movement with a meditative focus on the breath and holding poses.  Level 2.

ADVANCED FUNCTION IN MOTION(ADVANCED MOVEMENT): A step up from the function through motion class, Advanced Movement will work more on an overall body strength with the goodness of all the wonderful body alignment exercises and stretches.

PILATES MAT - A physical and mental conditioning class focusing on core strength and spinal flexibility.  Inspired by Joseph Pilates the class emphasizes mind/body techniques and proper alignment and postures.  All fitness levels welcome.
