   JIM creates programs that not only burn maximal amounts of calories but also work to create a strong physical foundation which benefits the client outside the gym. These programs can be tailored to any sport or lifestyle and the level of intensity adjusted based on experience and or need. Jim is currently working on his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and uses his ever increasing level of education to rehabilitate clients nagging injuries, adjust any postural alignment issues as well as insure that every workout is safe and effective. Jim’s passion is to always be educating his clients in order for them to understand why they are getting such great results. This helps to maintain a high level of motivation and give a sense of being a true part of their success.
   KAI is a certified personal trainer. She educates, motivates, inspires and educates groups or individuals in the benefits of health, fitness and muscle building. Kai is open to listening to the needs of her clients. Then devises a strategy on how to best achieve their goals, and effectively communicates how the client can maintain themselves after their goals have been reached.
   PHIL has 16 years of experience as a certified personal trainer.  He has completed his Masters Degree and Medical Internship in Oriental Medicine from Emperor's College of TCM, finished his medical externship at the UCLA Ashe Center in 2002 and has logged over 15,000 hours of clinical and practical experience. He is certified by the council of Colleges and Academy of Orthopedic Acupuncture in LA, Calif. 
   STEFFANI is a Certified Personal Trainer.  She specializes in weight loss and cardiovascular improvements, but her clients have included those with musculoskeletal injuries, a minor league baseball player, child and adolescent athletes, marathon runners, type I and II diabetics, older adult and elderly, a World War II amputee, type I and II obese, those recovering from heart surgery, those wishing to increase their flexibility, and those with low back pain. She has worked with children as young as 10 and adults as old as 90, as well as people who have never exercised in their life and professional athletes. Whether your goal is weight loss, running a marathon, or simply making it up a flight of stairs, Steffani is dedicated to providing a safe, effective, reasonable, and comfortable exercise program tailored specifically for your needs, and she will do everything she can to help you reach your goals.
   NIELL is a Certified Master Trainer, Life Coach & Functional and Sports Specific Specialist and  has been involved in training and coaching outward bound back east in the late 80's and also playing high level sports too. His passion for fitness came while playing semi pro-soccer. He realized he had a gift to coach and mentor people of all ages.  He attained his Master Personal Trainer in 2005.  He promptly moved to London and managed a gym for a year.  It was while in London that he realized that he had a thirst for more knowledge.  He moved to Monterey, California to attain his Physical Therapy degree.  He is well on way to finishing my degree by 2013 SDSU. Moving to San Diego has been perfect.
   RYAN successfully helps his entire clientele achieve their wellness goals and had added more nutritional expertise with guided cleansing, juicing concepts and recipes, and is fluent in The Primal Blueprint and Paleo Diets.  He is passionate about organic, raw and whole food lifestyles.  Whatever your fitness level or goal Ryan will motivate, inspire and educate you every minute and in every step, on your way to a healthier and happier you.    Ryan has expertise in: High Intensity Interval Training for rapid weight loss. Body weight exercises to increase mobility and improve ability, Assisted stretching to accelerate flexibility, Olympic lifting, Barefoot running transition training, Circuit training for the active older adult, Indoor/Outdoor sport specific training and nutritional advice. He will give you an Optimal Personalized Program for your health and wellness needs.
   ZAC's knowledge of the human body coupled with his education in both yoga and fitness is evident throughout the class and provides and safe and stimulating environment in which he can motivate his students. Zac has a unique way of encouraging students to push themselves beyond what they thought they were capable of but not to the point where injury could occur. Zac's passion for physical fitness is obvious as he frequently participates in segments of the class not only for demonstration purposes but because he genuinely enjoys the workout.
   
CHRISTINA has provided exercise training and personalized health counseling services since 2009. Her passion for fitness has been a lifelong joy as she played volleyball, ran cross country, and swam competitively in her adolescence and then began to focus on strength training, dance, and yoga as an adult. She realized she had a gift for health coaching while providing coaching to high-risk clients including those with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, Type II Diabetes, various musculoskeletal conditions, and anxiety/depression. In her health coaching, she provides education, motivation, resources, and encouragement while applying her knowledge of human behavior change to help bring about healthy lifestyle changes for her clients.
   RAY is a certified personal trainer specializing in MMA style conditioning.  Ray joined the wrestling team at his high school and from there it sparked his interest in fitness.  He enjoys weight lifting at the gym but he found it to get repetitive at times so he joined a local fight gym and began learning Muay Thai.  Ray takes what he has learned from his training to create workouts that are different from the norm.  These workouts can range from simple body weight drills to explosive dynamic exercises such as using a sledgehammer to hit a tire. Ray enjoys learning new ways to stay fit and is always thirsty for more knowledge on the most effective ways to train.  Whether it’s muscle endurance or muscle building you’re looking to improve on, or if you’re just looking for a different way to workout, Ray is here to help everyone reach their fitness goals.
