Nick
has been as a personal trainer since 2004, is certified through The
American Council on Exercise, and possesses his CPR certification. Nick recently
relocated to San Diego to be close to his family. A native of Denver, Colorado, Nick grew up playing sports and
living an active lifestyle which eventually lead to a career in the fitness
industry. His
approach to fitness is to develop the program around the individual and their
lifestyle rather than imposing unrealistic demands on them. Nick’s training
methods have proven to be successful and have brought results to a wide range
of clientele including individuals just starting in their quest for fitness to
professional athletes.
Nicole
is a graduated Physical Therapist, certified Personal Trainer and
Performance Enhancement Specialist with over 15 years of experience in
health, sports performance and rehabilitation training. She has worked
in hospitals, private practices, as well as sports rehabilitation
centers. Nicole had the opportunity to work with post surgery patients
of all age groups -as well as world class professional athletes. In
2000 she started her own business as a Physical Therapist and
rehabilitation specialist. Throughout the years of working as a Therapist and Personal
Trainer Nicole has developed a strong passion for her work and for helping her
clients achieve their goal of living an overall healthier, better lifestyle. Her
workout program is always functional, individual,very effective and fun.
Niell is
a Certified Master Trainer, Life Coach & Functional and Sports
Specific Specialist. Niell has been involved in training and coaching
outward bound back east in the late 80's and also playing high level
sports too. His passion for fitness came while playing semi pro-soccer.
He realized he had a gift to coach and mentor people of all ages. He
attained his Master Personal Trainer in 2005. He promptly moved to
London and managed a gym for a year. It was while in London that he
realized that he had a thirst for more knowledge. He moved to Monterey,
California to attain his Physical Therapy degree. He is well on way to
finishing my degree by 2013 SDSUJ. Moving to San Diego has been
perfect. He is living in Del Mar and loving the life style that comes
with it. He continues to learn and grow with each person that he meets
and loves to see results from the efforts of his training and coaching.
Fitness is a lifestyle and hard work, but with hard work comes powerful

Steffani is a Certified Personal Trainer. She specializes in weight loss and cardiovascular improvements, but her clients have included those
with musculoskeletal injuries, a minor league baseball player, child
and adolescent athletes, marathon runners, type I and II diabetics,
older adult and elderly, a World War II amputee, type I and II obese,
those recovering from heart surgery, those wishing to increase their
flexibility, and those with low back pain. She has worked with children
as young as 10 and adults as old as 90, as well as people who have never
exercised in their life and professional athletes. Whether your goal is
weight loss, running a marathon, or simply making it up a flight of
stairs, Steffani is dedicated to providing a safe, effective,
reasonable, and comfortable exercise program tailored specifically for
your needs, and she will do everything she can to help you reach your
goals.
Phil has
16 years of experience as a certified personal trainer. He has
completed his Masters Degree and Medical Internship in Oriental Medicine
from Emperor's College of TCM, finished his medical externship at the
UCLA Ashe Center in 2002 and has logged over 15,000 hours of clinical
and practical experience. He is certified by the council of Colleges and
Academy of Orthopedic Acupuncture in LA, Calif.
Phil's methods are scientifically based movement preparations,
Therapeutic Exercise and Acupuncture Therapy to maximize, stimulate and
"re-boot" the proprioceptive nerve pathways. These active series of
techniques, warm up exercise and circuits are prescribed to protect the
body from the dysfunction and pain brought on by lack of movement or
exercise, stimulate body awareness, support, and reinforce each
clients healing. The absolute minimum required to sustain quality of
life!
Phil's techniques
are used to help: Delivery of oxygen to the tissues; improve the
vascular system(increase core temperature); Improve the nervous
system(stability and balance); Alleviate joint pain; Increase
lengthening of muscle(flexibility); Improved proper posture; Improve
control and proper mechanics during training, sport or daily activity
Michaela grew up in the San Francisco bay area. After becoming certified through the International Sports Science Association, she and her husband Tommy moved to San Diego County. Whether it is performance, rehabilitation, weight loss, or weight gain; Michaela is passionate about helping any individual become excited and motivated to obtain those goals.
