
Chris Capistran is a
native San Diegan, who has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from USD with
concentration in Psychology & Human Development. Chris has been a fitness
trainer for past 8 years with certifications in APEX, AFFA, ACE, NASports Medicine,
Weight Management & Lifestyle Consultant, BOSU master, and CPR.His dedication to improving
overall health includes holistic approach to training, incorporating yoga,
qi-gong, and neuromuscular stretching. Having experienced severe weight gain of
70 lbs, Chris is able to relate to his clients with their own struggle with
diet, fitness, and body image.Chris is an avid road
bicyclist and triathelete, who also enjoys teaching kickboxing and BOSU
classes. With football and wresting background, Chris devotes his spare time to
volunteering in organized sports for Youth Programs in North Coastal Areas.
Mitch McIntyre, a bodybuilder and certified personal trainer for 20 years, specializes in improving the fitness and health of the community. By utilizing his knowledge, skill and personal experience of exercise science and nutrition, he aids in achieving client’s lifelong fitness goals, in the shortest time possible.Mitch’s specialties cover all age groups, sports performance, conditioning, weight management, and overall diet and nutrition.
A native of Washington, D.C., Mitch studied physical education and exercise science at Ferrum College in Franklin, Co. Virginia. He also played football for Ferrum College as an outside linebacker and defensive end. Mitch is currently finishing up his degree on Sports Management.In addition to helping hundreds of men and women achieve their goals in losing body fat and gaining lean muscle mass, Mitch has used his own personal fitness experience as well as education to excel in the sport of bodybuilding.

I chose to make my career as a personal trainer because I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives by motivating and teaching them about their bodies, their health, and their fitness.My formal education includes a degree in Sports and Recreation Management from Pacific Lutheran University, minors in both health and special education and coaching experience in a variety of sports.My extensive education coupled with a lifetime of coaching and competing in sports allows me to provide sports specific training for youth and adults, weight loss and body sculpting programs,strength training,muscle building programs and various indoor and outdoor group fitness classes.
John has been a trainer for the past 5 years and is certified with ACE. He also has Certifications in Reactive Neuromuscular Training, Spinal Stabilization, Thai Bodywork, Scientific Back, Scientific Core, Program Design, Pre & Post Natal Training, TRX Training, Gravity Personal Training, and is CPR/AED Certified.
